Data Deletion

At FitBoutique we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal information. This page explains how you can request deletion of data we hold that was collected through our connected Meta (Facebook and Instagram) services and our website.

What data we may hold

When you interact with FitBoutique through Facebook or Instagram, such as logging in with Facebook, messaging us through Messenger or Instagram, shopping through our connected catalog, or engaging with our ads, we may receive limited information including your name, email address, and basic profile details you have chosen to share. We may also hold information you provide directly through our website, such as order and enquiry details.

How to request deletion

To have your personal data deleted, email help@fitboutique.com.au with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the name and email address associated with your account or enquiry.

To protect your privacy, we may ask you to confirm a few details so we can verify your identity before we action the request. Once verified, we will remove your personal data from our systems and notify you when it is complete. This is usually done within 30 days.

Removing app access through Facebook

If your data was shared with us through Facebook Login, you can also remove FitBoutique access directly in your Facebook settings under Settings and Privacy, then Settings, then Apps and Websites.

Information we may need to retain

Some information cannot be deleted immediately where we are required to keep it for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud prevention reasons, such as completed order and transaction records. We retain this only for as long as the law requires and delete it once those obligations have passed.
