These springs are made in Germany and built for consistent resistance. They come as a set of six with two light in yellow two medium in blue and two heavy in red. They work with all FitBoutique reformers and give smooth controlled tension during every session. Use them as a full replacement set or keep them as spares so your reformer always performs the way it should.
